The Watson Lake Campus has offered basic adult education since 1981 when it consisted of two classrooms and an office located in the high school. When a new high school was constructed in 1992, an entire wing was dedicated to the Community Campus. The campus plays a dynamic role actively pursuing partnerships in education to fulfill the needs of the community. These relationships with the local First Nations as well as many community organizations guide the campus along the pathways to student success.
The Watson Lake Campus offers a variety of programs and courses including: Academic Upgrading and College Prep, Administrative Assistant Certificate program, Essential Skills, Skills for Employment, On-Line courses, Continuing Education Courses, Standard First Aid, Food Safe, Oil and Gas training, as well as many community driven interest courses. Computers are available to the public during operating hours.
